  • I was wondering if the red car (not the VW) in #10313 was a Lark? Guess not.
Pictures were taken from Urey Hall, University of California San Diego.

From what I can see, I believe that the car you are referring to is a 1963 Plymouth Valiant.

In post 10321 it is a Falcon Ranchero.

In 10313 it's right next to the GT.

I agree with you. I guess that I may have been looking at a different picture and I know that I was counting in the opposite direction.

              • This is the Tunnel from East Boston to Boston in 1958, they didn't drive much better then, than they do today. Is that a Packard that the Buick is attempting to T-Bone?Click image for larger version

                • Jim,
I believe you are correct. And don't forget this is a twofer with the 4 door Champion/Commander at lower right.

                  • This ought to keep you busy; a montage of photos from previous new-car Indianapolis Auto Shows. I did find one Studebaker featured in photos #34, #36, and #37, but surely there are others:

(And we thought Studebakers get rusty: Take a look at the frame photos of the subject '59 Ford ...but at $750 for a '50s 2-door wagon, you can bet it will sell...) BP

                          There's an M-series truck in Photo #13 and a '37 Bat-Wing Coupe in #62, for sure.

Anyone else see any other Studes?
