These are screen grabs from a DVD dub my late Dad made a few years ago from a 8mm home movie. The home movie came from the husband of my maternal grandmother's sister's husband (since long deceased) who gave my dad a reel of 8mm home movies about 30yrs ago of relatives on his wife's family (my grandmother's) from visits to Minnesota. The film maker lived in Ohio and would visit the in-laws families in MN in the summer.

There is a red Studebaker truck in the background behind the scale model Case steam tractor that was the feature of the movie. I am pretty sure the fellow on the model steamer is Ted Lange of Hector, MN who built this scale model in the 40s or 50s. Some pix of possibly the same model steam tractor are here:
