Really great job. The 66 dash is not noticeable at all. And the rag top looks great. You have turned the car into something special.

Does the interior now have a 'new car' smell to it?

Looks great! Don't you just love it when a plan comes together! Now if my Restore come out anything close to this I will be a very happy camper!

75 degrees today. Finally nice enough to ride around with the roof open!

Great job of adding value to a '63. One touch I like is the 1961-2 horn ring.

Thanks Dwight. Part of me is really curious about what the “market” would say it’s worth. But the other part of me likes the car too much to find out.

I think that the ‘61 horn bar was designed to compliment the steering wheel. The one they used in ‘63 just isn’t as clean looking.

Matt - What did you think of riding with the open Skytop? I really liked mine, at least at lower speeds.

I like it a lot! The Lark went from “a nice old car”, to “a nice old car that’s really fun to drive”.

Pulled the car out this evening and cleaned it up a bit. One thing that I can always count on from my Yellow Lab - he will find a way to be the center of attention.

They look very nice (dog and car). Do you have amber bulbs behind the clear parking light lenses?

Agree with Gary, great car and beautiful dog! How does the Lab like riding with the Skytop open?

Mr L: Thanks! And yes, there are amber bulbs. I just like the clear lenses better (same with the ribbed ‘61 headlight bezels).
