Safety Check

This picture was taken in my home town in the 50's. Looks like the Studebaker had a hard time getting into his garage. This is how I remember Studebakers from the day, just old junk cars...

I thought that was a monogram on the door. Thanks for confirming it. How cool is that? I might do that on mine. Kinda classy.

Don't know why he'd be put out. The business coupe has a spotlight, fog lights, turn-signals, and jeweled fender ornaments. I think it's just a dealer set up. Notice the sequential license plates.

I do see dull hub caps, though. Compare to the chromium ones on the 4dr Champion. I didn't realize they were offered two ways. In sight on this, anyone?
