  • That Pontiac brings back memories. My mom bought one like it but it was light green. I loved that car. In post #1968

C'mon now...let's not start that one up...

There is a bonus in the background of #1969.

EDIT: Also notice the monogram on the passenger door.

This picture was taken in my home town in the 50's. Looks like the Studebaker had a hard time getting into his garage. This is how I remember Studebakers from the day, just old junk cars...

          • RE: #1969, I really enjoy seeing those close ups of Studebakers back when they were close to new; everything is as it should be including the mint looking interior! Yes, the monogram on the door is especially cool!!!!

I thought that was a monogram on the door. Thanks for confirming it. How cool is that? I might do that on mine. Kinda classy.

Don't know why he'd be put out. The business coupe has a spotlight, fog lights, turn-signals, and jeweled fender ornaments. I think it's just a dealer set up. Notice the sequential license plates.

I do see dull hub caps, though. Compare to the chromium ones on the 4dr Champion. I didn't realize they were offered two ways. In sight on this, anyone?
