In post #7061, Guster showed the White-Coughlin dealership on Arsenal St in Watertown, Mass., maybe in 1948-49. The building is still there, not changed too much, is now an auto body shop. I don't see any Studebakers in the Google StreetView photo, but maybe there's one inside and a cache of NOS Studebaker parts in the basement...

The building in your post looks almost identical to the photos I have seen of the Studebaker Dealership that used to stand in Newberg, Oregon. I wonder if that was some kind of standardized structure, or just coincidence.Ed Sallia
