I guess that clears it up!

Around here, full-size Oldsmobile wagons were rare, and hardly ever saw one. I never figured it was that high because Oldsmobile dropped full-size wagons for 1965, and would not return with one until 1971.

In what town was the picture in No. 5561 taken? My 1941 Commander was bought new at Ralph Hansen dealership in Water Town, South Dakota.

I have to plead ignorance as to the details of this picture. I found it through a Google Image search and found not explanation as to its source. Sorry.

That picture is from the Peterson Museum. The wagon was bought new by Dan Skidmore. I used to ride around in that seat as a kid.
