    Yes indeed. He seldom drove it and seemed uninterested in hanging with us. We had about 12 Studebakers at that time and worked on them constantly. We thought he would be interested in coming over and making friends. But, we seldom saw him. He had a son who was just as anti-social. Too bad. We would have been more than happy to help him keep his Studebaker in top shape.

    • Portal of Texas history website - more from that '58 pulling the other car (it was a 56 Ford) - they seem to have wanted to document it quite well and according to the information provided, this took place in 1969.
