Yessir - the lady's name is Patty and she does some pretty astounding work as "Imbued With Hues": check out her watermark in the lower right corner. She posts most of her images first on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/imbuedwithhues/

The license plate on the green Studebaker wagon looks like Virginia 1954.

From that angle those wagons don't look bad. It's the side profile that makes them look so odd.

        • I think it's the rear side windows lower part that makes them "odd", at least that's how I see them. (I still wouldn't mind one thou...)

Wherever that is, it was Christmas time. Decorations on the light poles along the street.

              • That blue ‘67 beetle and its very desirable cabriolet neighbor are hugely popular in the air-cooled VW circuit!

1967 was the year of huge change: last year of the ornate bumpers, first year of 12 volts, first year of upright headlamps and flat hubcaps, last year of 5-lug drop center wheels and the ONLY year for the disastrous over-the-transaxle Eberspächer heater....

oh and the Lark is cool too

The Crest House at the top of Mt Evans, ~14,200'. Picture taken about 1959. Not sure if this is a 56 Champion or Commander.

                        • It's a Commander, Brian; note the V-8 flag on the front fender. BP

                              • I can't imagine how happy you were or proud to have a dad that labored so long to create a toy for you. I like the fact that it has a few scrapes to give it the authenticity of a real bus.
