I am sort of guessing that it says "President V8" on the front fenders. I am assuming that they are 289 cid V8s. It is interesting (to me) that one of the marked cars has full wheel covers, rather than the unmarked car.
Can anyone read the name on the top part of the doors?

Those are rare cars, Dave.

Assuming they are, in fact, 1957 President Custom 2-door sedans (and I believe they are), they are 3 of only 62 such cars built. BP

I enlarged #9664 earlier and determined it was Glastonbury but didn't even think about looking at the fender script, just assumed they were probably Commanders.
Using the dealer list on Bob Js site I learned the dealer name was Monaco & Sons. Looking up the address shows that Monaco is still in the same location, in a new building, as a Ford dealer.

Notice the whitewall width. They were moderate, not giant (now called gangster), by 1960.
