        • No pics BUT, just received my September 2017 Hot Rod Magazine. On the "contents" page there is a top photo depicting 60 years of sidewinder dragsters. The sign on the dragster says Long Beach but I can't make out the full name but Joe is definitely the first name. Could Mondello be the last? However, look BEHIND the dragster and what do we see? A '54/'55 2 door wagon? Some with better eyes and computers may be able to tell.

                      Good catch. I knew the picture was sharper than most, but I didn't look close enough to notice those details. It is posed in a very natural way.
