That's an interesting, photo, Dave; a Packard and Studebaker dealer years before the formal merger (Packard buying Studebaker) occurred. Not uncommon afterwards, but certainly uncommon then. (Although this photo is undated, the signage style suggests pre-1954.)

The registration number indicates the Studebaker is from Victoria & possibly sold new by the Melbourne Distributor, Devon Motors.
