What is that tiny red car in the upper portion just to the left of center in the red box?

I think it's a Triumph Spitfire but I'm not 100% sure.

#8043 looks like the same shop as was pictured in an old (I think posted by Mr. Quinn) photo that was discussed several months ago.
Pic was of a couple of guys posing in bibs & neckties and surrounded by LOTS of interesting stuff.
