Clarksville IN, Joe. It's in the south central part of the state, right across the Ohio River from Louisville KY on I-65.

It's the biggest speed trap in Indiana; Clarksville lowered the I-65 speed limit to 55 MPH 'way far out and, boy, do they finance a lot of the town's budget off I-65.

Forewarned is forearmed; BTDT but only once; now, I watch others getting pulled over after they've shot by at 70+ MPH, thinking I'm dawdling along at 55. BP
