Nice shot, but a bit newer than this thread usually contains.

        • I found this on the H.A.M.B. forum but there was no information concerning the picture. Anybody here who knows something about it. The helmet suggests some racing involvement.

            • No Studebakers, but a couple of Packards.

I'm no expert, but I'm going to guess a 1926 or 1927 model. The headlights are aftermarket. I'll take the car and the girl in white shoes, please.

The car would be 89, she would be well over 100 years old by now.

                      • Studebaker Indy V-8. I have seen and taken pictures of these engines, but this one is new to me.

                          • My regular Hemmings Classic Car column in which the Agajanian / Studebaker V8 is used to close, is now old enough that it can be read on line without a subscription.

Here it is for those who may not have seen it:

( I'm not sure why the rebore figure of 3/16" is messed up in this on-line version, but it appeared correctly as 3/16" in the magazine's print copy. )

If you click on View Image Gallery below the mug shot, you can see the nice photo of the 1959 / early 1960 Studebaker V8 supplied by The Studebaker National Museum, that appeared in the print magazine with the writing.
