    • What's more American than going to a baseball game in a Studebaker?

Interesting, Joe. Note the license plate: MFR's CAR. 'Can't quite read the state, though; is it Kentucky? BP

        • That picture of the baseball girls was posted some time back, but this one is not as washed out. You can make out more details this time.

          • 52-fan: I tried to check to see if this had been posted previously and could not find evidence of it. At least this one is better than the earlier one.

BP: I wondered about that tag as well. I wonder if MFR is Manufacturer and the tag was rather like a modern day dealer tag.

Interesting analysis, Dave. To what does the word "covered" refer? BP

                  • That pic was taken in L.A. The 2 guys on the ends of the stretcher are Fire Dept. Paramedics. Those are L.A.F.D shoulder patches. Looks like the moron in the Stude pulled out from a side street in front of the Mopar.

                          Got it, but:

Isn't it acceptable to have the half-helmet instead (I assume you are talking about the guy on the left)?

I mean, how could you have both a helmet and a hat, Dave? BP
