Well, they exist. There are several types of dual two-barrel aluminum intakes in the vintage parts market for the 232 V8s, and they will fit the 259/289 engines, too, although the ports are undersize for those engines. Strictly for show.
And there were R3 and R4 aluminum intakes made, 4 barrel, and dual fours, respectively, but they are very scarce, especially the latter. Lionel Stone was making reproduction R3 manifolds, but he got out of the business owing to a tragedy in his life. I believe John Erb bought the parts reproduction business from Lionel, but I don't know how much progress he has made with those parts.Gord Richmond, within Weasel range of the Alberta Badlands

Offenhauser made a single four manifold (I have two), the manifolds listed above.
Not many if at all any...are currently available of the Lional Stone variety.
Jeff Rice modifies modern Chrysler intakes to fit the Studes, but you have to get in line..! I'm sure he will chime in here when he finds s few minutes.
One of the other vendors has a three, two barrel intake, but it's not really good for the street.

I talked to Phil Harris of Fairborn Studebaker about the Stone/Erb manifold. John Erb did buy the tooling and stock but the stock is all R3 manifolds, none of the R2 type with the smaller ports. Phil has had requests and would place an order on the spot but John has not indicated when they will be made. I am looking for one for my '57 wagon. I have one on my '64 R1 Hawk that I had polished and it looks great.

Performance is the key word. You have been given good advice already. But, the ports on the old Offy are not as small as some say. Unless there was two versions. If you want performance, then do you want single plane or a good combo or ???
What ya puttin it on? Here's a Offy with gasket to give you an idea of the ports.

There was a R-2 aluminum NOS intake advertized on e-bay the other week & it went for $810 US. so I was out.....I run an Offy that I have hogged out to conform to the AFB adapter & a Edelbrock 500 with adjustable AVS(Thunder series carb)& it runs great & I get 15 in the city & up to 20 on the highway if I behave...

You see them from time to time.
But, they are 50's and 60's technology.
You can buy a custom performance intake, but they are mostly hand made, and usually some packaging issues come along with the performance.
Shoot me a note if you have any questions.

If one is building a C-cab truck, then there's plenty of headroom.
