Try also Librandi's Chrome in Pa. He does/did all the chrome plating for the Harley Plant in York Pa. If you are looking for cheap, he's not for you! If your looking to get it done right, that's your guy.

I would recommend "Custom Plating Specialist" in Brillion, WI.
Terry Meetz is the owner 920 756-3284.
Old Cars Weekly has done an article on them in the past.
I have had work done by them and have always been happy.
There turn around is quite good and they make sure it is right before it goes out.
If you call mention my name.

I was not happy at all with the work from Quality in Sterling. Pits not filled, crack in grille shell not looking good. He said he "tried" to fix this and that, but that's how they came out..if he'd have told me he couldn't fix certain things,I'd have looked for better parts. He sends bumpers[and large parts,] out to Chicago-my rear bumper is peeling in license plate area, where it was pitted.

I used a plating shop in Dubuque Ia. several years ago for all the pot metal on my Speedster. It's held up well and is still beautiful. The name was H&H or M&H, down on the west side of the river, north of down town. They advertised in Hemmings . Klif
