STUDEBAKER PARTS AND SERVICES Dave Thibault 13 Nick Lane Maynard Maine 01754 (978) 897-3158. Even if you don't use him call and request a pamphlet on his available services. He does it all and is close to NJ in relative terms. I have used him numerous times for all sorts of things. UPS is quick and his turn around time is fast.

I just talked to Dave and I think he convinced me to go with a new drop in Mallory electronic distributor. Any thoughts? The cost for rebuild vs new is really close.

Just out of curiousity does anybody know anything about Ignition Engineering in Anahiem, California? I talked with them in May about my Delco and had it all planned out to be rebuilt but I've been trying to get a hold of them every since, emails and phone calls not returned. It doesn't matter now since I'm going with the Mallory from Dave but as of two days ago this place would have gotten my business.

You just stick to Dave, Jerry Forrester, and anybody I recommend. Don't look back. We in New Jersey need to stay right here on the East Coast...except for those good vendors out west...and south....and ..Just kidding around but glad you found Dave, he is a Home Run for all sorts of stuff. The best thing with him is he's a regular guy who will answer the phone and tell you up front what he can offer and if he can't help you he generally knows who can.. In short a great resourse.

I've used several of the mallory uni-light studebaker distributors that Dave sells, never a problem.
Just had a Delco rebuilt by these guys - http://www.buffalomachineworks.com/
                  Very happy with it.
