I'm currently replacing the rear spring shackle bushes on the Daytona. The front shackle bolts are proving to be difficult, I've managed to extract the LHS bolt, but on the RHS the bolt seems to be frozen to the inner steel sleeve and turning in the rubber. The easiest way i can see is to cut the bolt either side of the spring 'eye' on the inside of the hanger. Is there another way I'm missing, the manual wasn't much help.

One trick, that has been posted before, is to first tighten the nut on the bolt in question as much as you dare. This will ever so slightly stretch the bolt while compressing the bushing's inner sleeve, and may help to break the rust bond.Gord Richmond, within Weasel range of the Alberta Badlands

I'll give that a try with some packers between the spring eye and the spring hanger so it doesn't pull in. Failing that I have some very thin cutting disks for my 4" angle grinder, that will make short work of the bolt.

A buddy replaced the trailing arms on his 76 Corvette. The front pivot bolts were rusted solid into the steel sleeve molded in the rubber bushings. The whole thing lives in a pocket in the frame.
Using a sawzall with a fancy blade is a popular method. It took several blades to cut thru 4 spots
