Clutch / Torque Converter: Are Mini high torque starters still available?

Hello to all.

I am considering a mini starter and I see there is at least one company that sells them on the internet. For those of you that have bought and installed one, what do you think of them now ?
Are they holding up well? What is the best source ? I'm close to Phil Harris but the last time I talked to him, he did not have one. Thanks very much---BassMan
