I found a headlight out on my '60 Lark. I must remove the bezel in order to get to the screws holding the headlight in place. I am able to pull it out a tiny bit (maybe 1/16 of an inch) with my nails and then I can put a plastic trim removal tool in there to use to pry it out but it does not seem to want to pop out. I don't want to pry too hard in case I break something. Is there a tip to getting the headlight bezel off, or do I just need to pry harder until it pops out? Many thanks in advance for any assistance!

Boy do I feel like a dummy! I didn't even see the screw there. With your help I found it and easily got the headlight out. Thanks for your help! Now I have to figure out where to find a headlight. I don't want to go LED so I will be looking for a sealed beam. I realized I had a grill with headlights in my spare parts collection and I removed a headlight, plugged it in and it worked. Only then did I realize that it was too small. It was a quad light setup from a Lincoln and I see these headlights are a little smaller than the dual headlight setup on my '60 Lark. Now to search for a replacement headlight.Last edited by Lark289; 09-10-2024, 08:40 AM.

I checked with NAPA and the headlight they have now is listed as an H6024 or H6024B (B for Best?) priced at $13.99 and $21.99 respectively. As soon as I get a chance I will go pick one up. I will probably go for the better one.
