Front Axle / Front Suspension: New Upper Control Arm?

While test fitting the new inner, upper control arm bushings into the arm, I noticed that one of the openings for the bushing is slightly oblong and not perfectly round like the other side of the arm is. Do I need to replace it?

My upper was also a bit oblong and also had a small cut from a previous owners chisel, checked with some trusted guys and they said no worries not a big stress area.

If that Bushing is not going to seat firmly in the Arm, it definitely needs replacing, it looks like it will be quite loose.
