I read the engine number as; P95136. That would be a 289 cid V8 originally in a 1963 Lark, Cruiser or Hawk and would be a full flow engine.

Obviously this Car has been seriously "Beefed Up" in the Rear suspension, which explains the slight maybe 1 Inch Higher stance in the rear,
I am surprised it is not a Lot more!
It has an Aftermarket Overload Spring Leaf AND a Coil Overload added, certainly not to carry heavy loads, or a Heavy Trailer but to prevent spring "Windup" and wheel Hop in lieu of the correct fix, a Set of Traction Bars.
All this is because of the "Hotter" 289 4V Engine.
Yep, P95136, so we Now know (Finally) that IF you looked, you WILL see "something" where the Full Flow Spin-On Oil Filter mounts.
I see that the "Rivet" is dropped into the #2 hole in the Overload Leaf. They have 3 Adjustments: No Rivet, Hole #1 or #2; 800, 1000 or 1200 Lbs. Boost usually.Last edited by StudeRich; 11-22-2020, 02:50 PM.StudeRich

Now we know that it is a full flow block with an oil filter.
That car must be plenty loud with dual Cherry Bombs and no crossover pipe.Gary L.

i daily drive a 3 cyl smart car and i have a 2000 saturn station wagon, my last v8 was an 82 corvette CFI 3 years ago, yes i took it on the freeway to the tire shop and it's FAST! it's loud..ish, but cool, the engine sounds tight, smooth and torqey , my first stude, glad the motor is upgraded from the norm,full flow, r1 cam, 30over, thin head gasket, petronix, e fuel pump, edelbrock e choke 4 bbl, rebuilt water pump, 3 wire gm alternator...happy as a lark
but the manual drum brakes( i'd like to keep them) don't work too good and the fronts started to squeal real loud, what is up with that?
