  • Ignition: Ignitor 6V positive ground electronic ignition

I was looking online and I see where they are now making 6V positive ground conversion kits. Will any of them fit a 1954 Commander 232?

That's great news, I have a 259 that I would love to put a petronix on. I don't have your answer but at least it'll bump your post to the top. BTW, where did you get the availability info?

Contact Phil Harris at Fairburn Studebaker, he’ll have what you want. I have the Pertronix unit in my 51 Landcruiser and 53 Starliner. Had them in my 57 Commander, 57 Hawk and 63 R2 Hawk as well.
