Barris might like it! I appreciate the skill that went into the metal work. That's something I've wanted to learn.

It looks like the answer to the question that nobody asked. The only good looking part of the car is the front end in my opinion.
I think the guy didn't know when to stop.

While I am not a fan of the finished product I admire the amount of work and effort

This was for sale on CL months back, at that time the top was not attached and the rear fenders were not done. Looks like he did more work on it hoping that effort would result in a sale. It is hard to get use to two different headlight treatments.

Apparently the fellow did not have an excellent friend to tell him to stop.

To me, it looks like a waste of some good sheet metal.

Too much time in the Man Cave with too much in the beer box.

Same here. I liked the idea behind them but they look shoddy, while if nothing else the rest of the work looks to have been done well. They would be an easy redo/remove though. I also don't like the canted head light bezels, I would switch to a regular plain round bezel, other than this two things I like it, I think with a little work this could be sweet. If this was local and was missing a 0 off the price, I would own it.

Gee, that Continental kit is ugly...and it weighs down the rear end something awful.

That would also have to go.

As some others have said, like the car or not, a lot of work went into it, and the builder should at least be complemented for that.
