Wow, a Colt Woodsman and a Skyway Land Cruiser to boot!
    Is the shooter anyone famous?

    • From the June 9, 2020 Hemmings Daily Blog. I see at least one Studebaker; anyone find more?

...hmmm, I'm named after him and never would have made that guess.
Guess the good news is that we now have a pic of an actor other than Bob Hope with a '40's Studebaker!

            • My ‘41 Nash 600 2-door Slipstream sure looks a lot like that Studebaker! Love these pics.

Yep; that's the only one I see. 'Looks like a '53-'54 K body. BP

                  • This picture I found in a junk store in Austin, TX. It actually measures about 2" square. I took a picture of the picture so I could post it here. It was a rather strange occurrence since this small picture came out of a box of thousands of small pictures. I just happened to randomly find it. It grabbed my attention since I knew it was a 47-52 Champion convertible. Maybe a hubcap expert can tell me what your this one is. I know it's not a '50. I thought it very charming the way kids were hauled around back in those days, just loose in the back seat. The picture also represents post war baby boom and suburban expansion. Sorry for the shadow.

                      Pre- 1950 for sure.

                      • Given the hubcap I would say 1950.

                          • Yes, I just discovered they had two different hubcaps, an early and late '50 model. The ones I have are late '50 and have no lettering, they are plain.

                            • I'm pretty sure I see two Studebakers; anyone else? (From the Sunday, June 14 -Flag Day- Old Motor):

                              • I saw this the other day ( I love looking at the unique pictures on The Old Motor) and after studying it for quite a while I could only find one Studebaker. What looks to be a 1950 model is in the lane next to the International truck that is behind what looks to be a Plymouth.
