Here's a '48 Champion with luggage rack and venitian blinds. I think the Venti-ports on the front fender are just a reflection, but who knows. And shall we re-open the debate about rear fender welt being body-colored???? Nevermind.

This car is in Portugal, so who can say what they did. Got the pic off of eBay.
