Sure Bob. My grandparents would have shopped at Tang's when this photo was taken.

Hope I'll get away with this...
(I even thought it would be a good picture for Turning Wheels)

Nice picture, but not a Studebaker.

I also think that it is welcome here. I was referring to the Turning Wheels part of the post.
Full disclosure - I have owned both Studebaker and post-Studebaker Avantis.

A sun roof and side lights were not on any Studebaker Avantis and things that may have been changed like seats, mirrors, side moulding and wheels.

Second row from the top, second car in on the extreme right side; a 1947-1948 Champion?

Might the camera's lens distortion on the extreme edges make the cars on the outside of the photo look narrower than they are? BP

                      • Actually Gary, the wheels was options for Studebaker, maby only in Sweden, I don't know, but Henrik is a Studebaker guy since shildhood & has a bunch of Studebakers & I believe him.

10720 --- The location of the bumper guards identifies the Studebaker Champion as a 1949. I believe it is the newest car in the picture.

Studebaker offered wire wheelcovers, not wire wheels (at that time).

                              • "At that time" Studebaker didn't even make cars anymore...
But he & I might be wrong about it being a original Studebaker option, but I've seen Studebakers with wire wheel more than once, even being original non-altered cars.
