Did those rear window kits fit over the glass or replace it?

Interesting in that they quote the figure of 7,130,874 as the company's total vehicle production during its first century. I don't believe I've seen that figure previously. BP

It was a new one to me too. I can't quite figure out what is going on there. Unfortunately where I found it had no explanation or description.

I believe before the overhead conveyor system was installed, all the bodies were brought across Sample St. there in South Bend to be put in line for final assembly - someone else can clarify if that does not make sense...

That's correct, Patrick (and Joe). Bodies were trucked over in small loads, as seen here (terribly inefficient) before the conveyor system was installed to carry them across Sample Street. BP
