That looks like the Bathurst race track in Australia back in the mid sixties.

Is the registration-plate in #7644 Dutch?
Just asking because I've never seen such plate on a Dutch registered car.

You are correct. I love pictures of that era 4 door Studebakers on the race course. I guess that is because I have one and have set it up to handle much better than stock.
