I am assuming that under all of that snow is a brand new '40 Champion. The grill looks like it, but the trim along the side of the hood looks a little different. If it isn't a Studebaker, I apologize in advance. The picture was taken in 1940 in Chillicothe, Ohio.

'Probably a 1939 Champion, Joe. Here's a factory photo:
Note that the snow and ice pattern on the hood and upper body side trim could fool you into thinking it's not the car's actual trim, because it has "sorta" melted a little over the stainless-steel spears. BP
