I'm going to call this a modern movie shoot. Besides the barricade warning about no stopping, all the signage on the shops is too modern for mid-50s. And the big giveaway: A very recent California license plate on the Stude.Originally posted by Studedude View Post

Absolutely, Kurt. Additional clues are the whitewall width on the 1954 Chevrolet, and the Harley-Davidson motorcycle being of recent vintage.
Also, the two businesses at the far end, park & pond and Papermill, likely didn't exist in the 1950s.
