I think the Studebaker on the hill passing the truck is a 50 and that would be a 6 cyl. That said,

Why would there be 6-8 Ft. set of steps and Barn Doors on a Building with Windows like a House, not a Barn?
Elephants or Hippos live there? Interesting "Fence" around it as well.
But with no curbs, sidewalks or Street, maybe "whatever" was there, needed protection.
