  • Most kind Bob, rather the "the region" most locals call it "Da Region". Not good enough for Chicago to claim and a stepchild of Indiana Government.
    I recognize the photo and location from our local paper. Will watch more closely in the future.

The subject car appears to be a 1959 model, so by June 1964, it would have experienced at least four such winters, or five if had been delivered new in late fall / early winter 1958.

    Entirely believable that it would have serious front fender rust by then....in fact, highly probable. BP

      That's funny, Scott; thanks for the chuckle this morning. (My son-in-law is a great guy and was born and raised in Hammond, where his folks still work and live, so our daughter provided my wife and I with a link to, as you say, "Da Region." ) BP
