Indeed it is.
I just noticed the numerical address on the front of the photo you posted: 660. That is verified by the dealer tag I photographed inside the school bus, so we know it is the same place.

The license plates are not from North America. The Vauxhall and the Thames van are of British manufacture, as are possibly all the vehicles except the Studebaker. The license plates definitely are not British, and with such low license numbers my guess is that this scene is from a country or colony with British influence and a limited number of vehicles.Originally posted by aarrggh View Posteh , i think thats a Stude maybe in Boston
