Look closely at the photos in 4741 and 4742.

It looks like 4741 was taken first and the photographer then moved up the street and shot the other direction to capture 4742. To get 4742, he shot over the front of the 1955 Studebaker and the rear of the 1957 Ford in front of it, as seen in 4741. Interesting. BP

Post #4750...notice the obvious pile of exhaust emission left behind by the mode of transportation the vehicle pictured is replacing.

Great series of the old Vegas strip!!! Notice how there is a Cadillac RIGHT IN FRONT of the casino in 2 of those shots....

RE: The Vegas pics: Looks like The Golden Nugget had a habit of giving away vehicles? #4743 has an elevated Ford out front, (I don't think anyone was building "Monster-truck style" vehicles back then), and in #4745 in the same spot they have a Jeep (with a sign on it) and a travel trailer elevated on a platform.

Notice how high the '51 rides. The front tire is completely visible in the wheel well. The rear tire nearly so. These same cars running around today on tired springs (?) hardly show the top half of the rear tires it seems.
