Regarding 4729, saw "Vermont" on the side of the building on the right, but it didn't look like any place here in VT that I was familiar with, so ran a search on the "Dresden Room Restaurant, and found out it's on Vermont Ave. in LA (Hollywood). Started in 1954 it's still in business today!
