            • 'Looks like the dead Citroen being hauled in 4190 was successfully delivered to the shop in 4189. Was that Patrick Jane from The Mentalist?

And what is that odd furrin' car behind the 1953 Chevrolet 150 4-door in 4188? Borgward of some sort? (EDIT: Nope, see Dwain Grindinger's post below. Dwain is an expert on those funny little furrin' cars. Thanks, Dwain.) BP

              • The last car in #4188 is a French Panhard Dyna. Front wheel drive, air cooled 2 cyl engine. I've always had a fascination with two cylinder cars. Once owned a BMW 700, always wanted a DAF and a Panhard.

Yep, not unlike the one I posted here: http://forum.studebakerdriversclub.c...hlight=panhard

                    • There's a slight stretching toward the edge of the photo. Look at the width of the I-beam poles holding up the billboard. The two center ones are the skinniest, the next two out are wider, the end ones even wider. Although that should put the GT and the Ranchero in the same "dimension." We're looking nearly straight on at the GT and more angular at the Ranchero. I don't know. I give up.

                        • Wow! When did we last see a 1957 Clipper Sedan in a Studes in Roadside Americana photo, if ever?

Can you find it? (Yes, it's there!):

(No fair peeking at the Comments section.... I did NOT do so before finding the Clipper on my own! It helps if you click on the photo for a larger, screen-filling image.)

Old Cars Weekly just recently had an article about the Panhard cars. That's the only reason that I recognized what the car in 4188 was.
