RE:#3679- my first car was a '52 Champion, bought in 1973, it was just 21 years old, but really was distinctive and stood out as "old". In comparison, I drive a 16 year old pickup and it doesn't really stand out as anything unique. I guess styling changes haven't been that drastic in the last 20+ years.......

From near to far: 1950 Ford, 1952 Studebaker Starliner, 1951 Chevrolet, 1951 or 1952 Dodge (not a hemi under that open hood; no V8s until 1953), 1948 Pontiac, 1952 or 53 Willys Aero Lark (no stainless-steel around windshield opening), 1949-1951 Chevrolet, 1950(?) Buick.
