    This is a post card from Springfield, MO 1913. It is after the city square caught fire. Of interest are the THREE electric cars in the forground.
    Could they be Studebakers?

      They look very much like the Studebaker electric that one of our members has.

            • I had to enlarge that one to be sure. It looks like a 2R, but something about the side boards and rear bumpers seem to distort the appearance.

              • I'm surprised no one has commented yet about the girl-on-bicycle in #3523. I thought several people would recognize her.

                    • It is definitely a Studebaker pickup, but newer than a 2R. The rear window is too large for a 2R.

                                I went back through some C cab pictures. The back window is not wide enough for the later trucks.
