You're right, Bruce; I think we've discussed that one before.

If nothing else, the car simply looks too small for the surroundings. Compare the man standing there to the height and size of the car; the car just isn't big enough, in addition to the shadows being wrong for where it is "staged." BP

I have tried to relocate the source of the picture (I got it through Google Image) and cannot find it again. I knew it looked odd, but in reality thought that maybe it was a visual aide kind of thing used with the demonstration of price differences for parking. Probably not though..... Sorry.

I believe it is J. C. Agajanian. He was a known USAC promoter and would have done something like being an honorary starter or flagman at an event with as much prestige as The MobilGas Economy Run. BP
