Congratulations on receiving the first of what I assume will be hundreds of items of Studebaker memorabilia! Can't say as I have heard of Barney Koster Studebaker. Know where it was? Do you actually have hair to comb. If not why not send it to our governor, Rod Blagojevich, he can never have enough combs.....or lawyers.

This has certainly been an interesting thread. Thanks to Dick and Leonard.

As busy as is Dick with The Antique Studebaker Review, perhaps Lenny and Art Unger should discuss an ongoing Memorabilia "column" for Turning Wheels. We already have a periodic Toy column and the interest shown here would seem to validate another "regular," even if it wasn't every month.

There certainly is plenty of material out there, it would appear, and it's a good way for newer members to begin participating before they buy a whole car. Or maybe they don't have the room/inclination/money for a whole car, but would like to feel they are a part of the Studebaker hobby with some smaller items that don't rust or leak (containers of chemical additives excepted, of course).

Thanks again to Dick and Leonard. (Just thinking out loud this morning, and the dog isn't paying much attention...) BP

Bob, that is an excellent idea. Many of Fred Fox's articles on specific models such as 1962 Larks, included all of the pieces of literature for that car. It'd be nice to see them as well. At the same time there are many other pieces of Studebaker memorabilia from Company items to dealer promotion items that would be nice to see and know about. Again this is a great idea.
