I had a bumper repaired (large rust hole) and rechromed by Paul's in PA.
This was from my '55 Cadxxxxx. They shipped the final result to some southern state by accident. I was on the phone with the UPS tracking lady every day for 2 weeks. My bumper was worth quite a lot even before I paid Paul's $1100 for the repair and chrome. The scary part was that Paul's only insured it for the default $100. I was sweating for 2 weeks until it finally showed up. In the end, it was a beautiful job and was worth all of the grief. Just be forewarned about the little details regarding the shipping.
