    Looks like AGAIN we are getting our Disc and Cups mixed up! One appears to be only a typo, not sure about the other one.

    As mentioned here, 1562875 is for Disc Type CORE Plug Blocks '51-Early '62, and 1562876 is for CUP Type CORE Plug Blocks, Late '62-'64, both removable "Service Plugs" were issued at the same time, after the '51 to Early '62 Type Blocks using Disc Type were made, so this exact TYPE will NOT exist in the '51-'58 Catalogs.

    Previously, the Dorman Type Brass, bolt-in Type of "Service Plug" was used, without an "O" Ring.

      Whew, you are right Rich, my response in post #42 was all screwed up! I've gone back and revised it so it won't confuse folks who read it in the future.

      Post #45 is correct, since that info came directly out of the '59-'64 Parts Manual.
