Brakes: Hydrovac Cylinder Oil ?????

Just had the Hydrovac rebuilt. Says to add 6cc of Hydrovac cylinder oil? So, what is everyone using in place of the suggested oil? I have heard things from needs foot to automatic transmission fluid!

What say the experts??????

I use Neatsfoot oil, since the seals in the older hydrovacs were leather. Not sure what they are made of now.

I will call the rebuild place in the a.m. to see what they say should be introduced. Cannot imagine a rebuild would use leather (especially in California!).
