door latch spring

Just another guess, are You referring too the remote that the inside door handle attaches too ?

Sorry about not getting back sooner, but something came up. there is a coil spring that broke and there door does not open. It looks as if I can replace the spring.

I can not get a picture until Thursday, as for how I know it is broken, I took the latch off the door and a piece of it fell off. I will take the latch off and take a picture then post. Thanks for the help.

just to let everyone know, I found the spring and replaced the broken one. There was a garage about 20 miles from where I live and he had a good number of them. thanks for all the help. Joe
