Steering: Replacing TL steering box in 1955 c-coupe with SL steering box.

I'm replacing a Ross TL box with a Ross SL box in my 1955 Commander coupe. Has anyone done this before.The pins on the sector shaft are really worn on the TL box. I understand the SL box is easier steering because the pin rotates. I only see one glitch and that is the pitman arm on the TL is different from the SL. Also, i can't find an SL pitman arm.

Use an arm for 63-94 GM 525 or 600 series boxes.
