    Is this the same Hawk that is in your 59 picture? I love those old pictures as you can tell because I post them all the time. You were a lucky guy to have a Golden Hawk. Was it yours or your parents?

    Bob Burke called that gray "Gredge". A combination of gray and beige!

      Leonard: Yes same car....It was my Dads....Here is a picture of car a couple of years ago when I found it in Wisconsin. Has wrong hood on car but I have original one.

        Fantastic! Did someone paint the car black?

        I wish I could find our 58 Silver Hawk. I still have the Serial number if I run across one.

        Hope you will keep posting pictures of the progress.

          Concerning the old photo of the girls in the trunk, in these modern days if we're going to do a body dump, we make sure they're dead before we try to stuff them in the trunk. Those were some classy ladies though, even though they were struggling to get out, they managed to keep the smiles on their faces!

            My Dad painted the car black while i was in the Navy....He the fins painted over also..the pink mylar was still on some of the fin.

            I am working on the body now..will post pictures later.
