Electrical: Needed: turn signal switch plate

This is the part that the turn signal lever attaches to inside the steering column. The part number is: 1551158. This is for a 1960 Hawk column with 'type B' turn signals .
I got the part #and ordered this from S.I.,- but they came up empty on the part!! Thanks!
